More information about FRUITING Strawberry Lemon Guava Fruit Tree - Fruits Twice Per Year!!

**You are purchasing a tree with fruit similar to the one pictured. However, The longer you wait, the less likely the tree will still have fruit (listing posted on Jan 2nd, 2023).

Also known as Lemon Guava, Yellow Strawberry guava has larger yellow fruit (up to 2" in diameter) than the red fruited varieties and grows on a larger bush that can reach 12 to 20+ feet tall. The tender fruit is delicious fresh with a incredibly fragrant lemon-guava flavor, and is also used to make drinks, ice creams and desserts. Pretty clusters of frilly white flowers in the spring and in warmer climates sometimes reblooming again in the fall. Native to Eastern Brazil it has naturalized in many tropical countries. Said to be hardy down to 22 degrees once woody and well established. Also can be grown and fruited in containers and brought inside in colder climates.
