This is an Issey Miyake over-shoulder shirt jacket.

As it is a vintage item, there are assorted scuffs and dust, but it can still be used.
There are stains and signs of wear overall, as shown in photos 8-10. I personally didn't mind wearing it, so if you enjoy vintage clothing, you might appreciate it as part of the item's character. Please consider it as a "junk" item due to the overall staining.
It's an oversized item with raglan shoulders, giving it a very contemporary drape. The width is about 80cm, so it can be used as both a coat and a shirt, and it's a ideal item for oversized styling. If you're interested, please consider it.
Although it is a women's item, I, a man, have worn it, so if the size fits, it can be worn as unisex.
