Unusual thin glassed candle lite / hurricuane with stunning blue roses, there is a base and the candle cover.. Not sure who made this but it looks like it could be a go along for Haviland Blue Garland. No chips or cracks, the when together stands 12 1/ X and is about 6 1/2" across the base.
