Brand new, never used, without packaging
I bought them for my 11 yr old daughter who is small for her age. The 4 inch sleeves on top are too loose on her little arms & the pads don’t stay in place. I bought every kind of elbow pad I could find & unfortunately none of them are small or tight enough for my daughter, so we’ll keep using the arm sleeves with no padding.
