THE "DIGITAL FIRST-D1" MEASURE WITH THE MOTTO OF "ELECTRONIC STANDARDS" CONTINUES IN THE NORTHERN REGION

The working group led by B. Ganbat, adviser to the Minister of Electronic Development and Communications, is implementing the "Digital first-D1" event with the motto "Be Digital" in Khuvsgul province, the first province of the northern region.

Within the framework of the event, a joint team of representatives of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, affiliated and branch organizations, and the public and private sectors evaluates the level of e-transition in provinces and localities, while providing solutions, recommendations, and advisory services to problems.

Also, as part of the public-private partnership, training to improve citizens' e-skills, promotion of products and services of information technology software manufacturers, trade fairs, how to expand businesses for small and medium and private entrepreneurs, software introductions and trainings were organized at the same time. is

1480 km of fiber optic cable network of high-speed internet has been installed in 22 sums and 1 village of Khuvsgul province, and 95.8% of the total population is connected to the internet. 25 of 129 teams connected to 4G network, 82 teams connected to 3G network, and triple telecommunications services were introduced in Tsagaanul, Tarialan, Tosontsengel sum, and Khatgal villages.

76 services have been connected to the Unified State Services System (E-Mongolia), while "KHURDAN" point of state electronic services has been operating in 4 locations, and currently it is working to deliver state services to more than 12,000 citizens from anywhere. A total of 47,000 citizens in the province were expected to have digital signatures, of which 4,465 citizens or 9.7% had digital signatures.
