The Regulatory Agency of Government Digital Services will propose and implement the following operational strategic objectives within the framework of its operational mission.
Conduct location research to increase service availability, establish and change new service points, and provide integrated management for branch and unit operations planning and organization.
Monitor whether public services are provided in accordance with relevant laws and standards and implement risk management.
Checking requests received through the integrated system of service branches, units and public services, organizing activities, solving and responding.
Dealing with customer applications, complaints, suggestions and requests, improving the knowledge and skills of users to receive services, and increasing the level of satisfaction.
