It's a clear glass cruet from the Fostoria Glass Co..of West Virginia..it has the cubist design which was dicontinued..considered a rare find..vintage from around the 1960's..does glow green under a 365 black light..see photo..superb condition..no cracks..no chips..no repairs..there is some rough edging on inside of top rim from a stopper..5.25 tall..and 3.25 in diameter at the base..great item if you collect vintage cruets or Fostoria glass..!!
