Bell Systems Multimeter KS-14510-L11 With Leather Case.Both case and meter are in outstanding pre-owned condition. Comes complete. The leads look to be clean but have not been tested. The meter has some incredibly minor cosmetic issues from age and use including scratches, and discoloration. There is a small crack on top of the unit (please see pictures). The case in is very good condition with normal wear and tear from age, use and storage. The clasp and handle are in working condition. Please let me know if you have any questions.
