There is a minor scratch on right ear metal part, otherwise this unit is fully functioning with all to boxes and accessories.The cable is defective, I suggest you to replace them with lighter weight third party cable like Hart audio cables, rather fixing it, OEM cable was little heavy and uncomfortable to use in my experience.Ear cups are fully hand washed, and headband was replaced to leather, which was far better than the OEM in my experience.Dm me for any questions!
