They are not included.These are simple hangers like those found in dry cleaners.I started collecting dolls and had so many clothes that I wanted to hang them up and store them, so I made these hangers.I used tools and cut the parts with pliers, then sanded them down so they wouldn't snag.The parts may have scratches or black spots from the time of purchase, or minor scratches from the manufacturing process.Please be careful when children are playing with them.We are not responsible for any injuries.I have made these with care, but they are handmade by an amateur, so there may be imperfections and individual differences.
