As part of the national campaign "Stay Electronic", the Ministry of Electronic Development and Communications, State Electronic Services Regulatory Authority, "E-Mongolia Academy" UTUG, "National Data Center" UTUG, Telecommunications Regulatory Committee, Mongolian Software Manufacturers Association are NGO members. A joint professional team of 57 people from 22 organizations worked in Zavkhan province, the 5th province of the western region (April 12, 2024).
To give answers to the issues such as how e-transition is actually implemented in provinces and communities, whether citizens are able to adopt electronic use in their daily life, whether public services can reach citizens equitably and accessible, and what kind of policy support is needed from the government and industry in the future, e-transition nationally J. Erhembaatar, the deputy minister of the Ministry of Education and Culture, is working as the leader of the working group responsible for intensifying the work.

Presentations and information about the goals, policies and measures implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture within the framework of regional development goals for the management officials of the provincial governors and managers of public and private sector organizations
Presentation and training on the possibility of introducing new systems and services to the services and operations of government institutions affiliated to and affiliated with the Ministry of Education and Culture for civil servants and IT specialists
Training for teachers and students of secondary schools
Products and services of 22 member organizations of the Mongolian Software Producers Association for small, medium and individual entrepreneurs, enterprises and citizens will be held at the same time.
